My Approach is

Co-Active
At the center of our work is the dynamic, collaborative relationship between you, the client, and I, the coach, grounded in the belief that people are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. We’ll partner to co-create experiences that support your journey—both to yourself and toward your goals: aligning actions with personal values and purpose; supporting you to make conscious choices around how you are and what you do; and allowing you to be present to your emotions.
I bring a deeply holistic approach to personal development. This means working with your thoughts, imagination, intentions, and belief systems. We’ll explore how your body, feelings, narrative, and behaviours reflect and influence your experiences. We’ll look at your relationships, culture, and the environments you live in, all through the lens of your development and evolution. By honouring the complexity of who you are and where you’re starting from, rather than focusing solely on goals or behaviour change, we will consider internal and external dimensions, developmental stages, and multiple lines of intelligence. In order to support not just change, but growth that endures.
We will work with posture, breath, movement, sensation, and somatic awareness to access deeper patterns of behaviour and belief. This approach helps clients reconnect with their felt experience, uncover unconscious habits stored in the body, and develop new, embodied ways of being.
In a world where so many of us experience trauma, I bring a trauma-informed approach. I am trained to recognize stress responses and respect the boundaries of what we can safely explore together. If needed, I will help you find the support of a mental health professional. Furthermore, in the current reality we are being bombarded by stimulus, and everyday, I find more clients that are diagnosed or experience various aspects of attention deficit. My training in this field allows me to understand the ADHD brain and work with it—leveraging strengths, building practical systems, and developing self-awareness. Helping clients navigate real-life challenges like time management, procrastination, and overwhelm with empathy and structure. The goal is not just productivity, but empowerment—helping clients build confidence, resilience, and agency in a way that truly fits how they function best.
Our work will focus on co-creating deep learning during our sessions and building practical tools and practices you can use between sessions. These practices will help you stay aligned with your goals and experience lasting, embodied transformation lived and felt from the inside out.
