Mentoring
Mentoring for Coaches Who Want to Go Deeper
Deepen your skills. Strengthen your presence. Expand your impact.
What is Mentoring?
If you’re a coach seeking to deepen your knowledge or expand your skill set, mentoring offers a unique opportunity to create a partnership that supports and empowers your learning journey. Together, we’ll engage in reflection, creation, practice, and integration.
As your mentor, my commitment is to guide and facilitate your growth by introducing tools and skills while developing your unique embodiment and mindset as a coach.
We will hold a two fold focus in our work together: one, laser pointed to what you are learning about coaching. The other, wider and deeper, pointed to what you are learning about yourself as a coach.
Mentoring sessions are designed to reflect what we are learning together—a collaborative and supportive environment tailored to your needs.
"Every beginner possesses a great potential to be an expert in their chosen field."

What’s best for you?
Group mentoring
fosters rich collaboration, offers diverse perspectives, and is more cost-effective.
Individual mentoring
provides a tailored experience with focused feedback and dedicated time for practice or personal coaching.
Consider these questions:
• What are your priorities and needs?
• Do you thrive in group settings or prefer one-on-one focus?
Groups are limited to 3 participants, with all sessions lasting 1.5 hours. Pricing varies between individual and group mentoring.
My Journey as a Mentor
With almost 2 decades of experience as a CTI Co-Active certification faculty member, I’ve trained and mentored coaches from diverse backgrounds. My journey also includes completing the PCC Marker course offered by the ICF and delivering hundreds of hours of mentoring.
Each mentee has expanded my understanding of coaching with their curiosity and dedication. Together, we push the boundaries of coaching knowledge and practice.
I bring not only my experience as coach and facilitator but also a wealth of training across disciplines and methodologies.
Let’s work together to deepen your coaching impact and expand what’s possible.
"Mentoring is a two-way street. You get out what you put in."
